Emma Roddick MSP has welcomed the announcement that Ardersier Port has secured a £100 million joint credit facility from Scottish National Investment Bank and UK Infrastructure Bank for Ardersier Port.
Commenting, Emma said:
“I am absolutely delighted to hear that Ardersier Port has secured £100 million.
“When I met with the Haventus team last year to hear how things are going, I was really excited about the vision they had for the port and it was great to hear that they were really listening to the community and taking locals’ views on board.
“It is great to hear both the Scottish National Investment Bank and UK Infrastructure Bank can see both the importance and potential of Ardersier Port for the community and the renewable energy industry and I can’t wait to see where this new money takes us.”
