Emma Roddick MSP discusses support for accessing Social Security Scotland benefits with the local VoiceAbility team.
I caught up with the local VoiceAbility team to chat about how things are going with the people they support accessing Social Security Scotland benefits.
The team clearly cares so deeply about the folk they are helping, and we had an in-depth conversation about what could be improved. I look forward to keeping this line of communication open and making sure we are doing all we can to make the Scottish system as accessible and fair as possible.
If you would like to contact the VoiceAbility team, you can call 0300 303 1660 or email helpline@voiceability.org
My team and I also stand ready to help, so, if you are struggling to access Scottish benefits, or just want to know more, please reach out and we can provide further information and refer you onto VoiceAbility or other services that can help you.
You can call my office on 01463 563036 or email emma.roddick.msp@parliament.scot.
