Emma Roddick MSP engages with activities at the Inverness Highland Games 2024, showcasing community spirit and support for local causes.
It was great as always to see the Inverness Highland Games so busy and vibrant last weekend.
I got to say hello to lots of local organisations including the Highland Hospice, Change Mental Health, RNLI, and Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland.
I had a great time at the Highland Hospice stall as they were inviting people in to build their logo out of lego. Each person got a small pattern to follow which will complete their full logo and map of the Highlands, and you can see me adding my bit in the image attached. Can’t wait to see it finished!
After speaking with some local organisations, I enjoyed listening to some local musicians. A great day out and fantastic to see so many local businesses being supported at the games.
